SC Global Developments... Freefall + Roller Coaster ride up

This stock catches my attention today... After a massive free fall >30%, it manages to overcome the mountains of resistance and close higher than last 5 days high. Superb!!! And today volume is almost 2.5 times yesterday... I wonder who is manipulating this counter, and why... Hmm hmm.
